“In my senior year of high school a bunch of guys and girls in my grade went to a Green Day/Blink-182 concert and this was the opening song. I just remember there being so many people and like 20 senior kids enjoying the concert.”

“This song has a lot of sentimental value because It was me and my wife’s first dance song at our wedding. And for one of our anniversaries I got her a poster with a vinyl plaque and the lyrics printed onto it.”

“I remember when I was around 12 years old this song would play and it’s such a classic song. It was also a good hype song, like when I went to the high school football games and it would bring energy to the stadium. The memories attached with this song are some of my favorites.”

“This song specifically reminds me of my early years in high school, it’s a fun mix of pop and rock with the catchy lyrics and punk drums and guitar.”

“For the past 5 years I have been on an old country kick. I love artists like Johnny Cash and Waylon Jennings. This is one song I keep coming back to and I don’t think I could ever get sick of hearing it.”
What is one of your favorite concerts?
“In my Junior year of high school I saw ACDC at the United Center and it is one of the best concerts I went to. They were a bit older like in their 40’s but they were still so relevant that the energy was unbeatable. I also went to Lalapolooza in 2010 and saw Empire of The Sun which was super fun.”

“My favorite artist right now is Waylon Jennings. I am a huge fan of his music and the lyricist he is, I think all his songs have such good meanings to them. This song specifically just reminds us it’s okay to be a little different. Being a little crazy is what keeps us from going insane.”
