Jay DeCoster is a senior at Lake Forest High School. He played Tennis at Lake Forest for three years and is currently a team manager for the varsity football team. He is also the co-host of the Bear Down Weekly Podcast. Outside of school, he likes to enjoy some NFL football on Sundays and hang out with friends.
