ORLANDO–After placing 3rd in the IHSA State Finals a week ago, the Varsity Dance Team will compete again, this time in Florida, at 1:07 p.m. at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. The poms will be competing in the Medium Jazz “C” preliminary division, and will be performing on rehearsal floor C. The letters in the preliminary round are simply for organizational practices and have no purpose in qualifying the rank or level of the participating teams.

Other Illinois competitors at the UDA event include Glenbrook South, Lake Zurich, and Schaumburg, all of whom are competing in the Large Pom “A” preliminary division. Stevenson, Fremd, and Batavia High School, all of whom are also in Illinois, will be competing in the Medium Poms “C” division.
