The Lake Forest High School boys soccer team earned a win Monday against North Shore Country Day by the score of 2-0. Jake Danneker and Allen Cecherz scored goals in the contest.
On Tuesday the boys squared off against Deerfield and won 1-0 with a goal from Kean O’Connor. From there, they played at Loyola on Thursday and fell 1-0 in the final stretch of the game.
Still, the boys are motivated by their loss against Mundelein last year and plan to take their vengeance to the field in the coming week. “We have more potential and we are a better team overall than last year,” said senior Jake Dannker when talking about the Mundelein match-up this Tuesday September 5th, 6:15 pm at West Campus.
