It is a common saying to “respect your elders.” Here, before they graduate soon, the seniors have decided to pass down some wisdom to freshmen about how to endure and succeed in high school.
“Don’t stress about fitting in right away. Everyone is figuring things out too.”
“I know it’s cliche, but it truly goes by so fast. Enjoy it while you can.”
“Try different sports: high school is all about trying new things.”

“Go to CROYA: it’s a great way to meet upperclassmen.”
“Actually try but don’t forget to take time for yourself.”

“Do something your fall freshman year, whether that’s a sport or club. It’s a good way to ease into the high school routine.”
