Lake Forest’s very own S Nails and Spa has been a beauty staple in our community since 2019. Over the past 6 years, S Nails’ technicians have not only exceeded expectations with their services, but they have also built strong relationships with their customers over time, which motivates them to continue with their craft on even higher levels. 

S Nails has particularly built strong relationships with a plethora of teenagers, mainly attending Lake Forest High School. Senior Lizzy Grace has witnessed the comforting presence firsthand, and quickly made S Nails her go-to nail salon. 

“I started going to S Nails in 8th grade. I’ve been going frequently ever since I formed a relationship with the girls there. Tina and her girls always leave me feeling refreshed with a perfect manicure, and excited to go back,” said Grace. 

Junior Marissa Graham agrees completely, as she is a frequent customer at S Nails and greatly enjoys her visits. 

“I love my girls Tina, Emma, and Sabrina. They always make my nails look so fresh and clean,” said Graham. “The vibe in there is amazing. I feel relaxed as soon as I walk through the door.”

Tina, Emma and Sabrina are just some of the household names in the salon that truly make the place so unique. It leaves their clients coming back for more, eagerly indulging with the staff by chatting and catching up while receiving an efficient and polished treatment.  

The technicians at S Nails shared that it’s solely the people that make the place. One remarked, “working with the customers” is what creates the friendly atmosphere. From the technician’s standpoint, having simple conversations with customers and getting to know them personally is the first step, and that is how they make their customers feel as comfortable as possible. 

‘Tina and her crew have become such a big part of home for me! I remember going to their salon when it was brand new in 2019 and it was immediately my new favorite spot,” said class of 2025 alumna Grace Donovan. “For the anniversary my friends and I decided to surprise them with flowers and donuts. It was the least we could do to thank them for all their fun and kindness the past 6 years! It was such a fun day of celebration and I can’t wait to go back.”

There’s no doubt that S Nails will continue to stand out in our community. The space that the staff has  created is truly unforgettable, and they provide the perfect reset to all of their girls. As their loyal customers attest, S Nails was a great addition to the Lake Forest community, and it is just what we needed.
