New Media’s New York Minute

Eleven students from LFHS’s New Media program–including me–traveled to New York in October to compete in the All American Film Festival Complete Experience.

We had to shoot and edit a short film in 56 hours. Afterward, we explored opportunities in the film and television industry in New York.

It was an incredible experience that I wanted to share through this video.

Senior Sydney Keck is thrilled to be an Editor-in-Chief this year! Among many activities, she especially loves leading Human Rights Club, playing Varsity Lacrosse, and doing New Media. Volunteering for North Chicago Community Partners makes her day, and she spends her evenings watching Survivor or reading.
