How did you first hear about Chapman, and what made you apply? “I first heard about Chapman when I was on the New Media Los Angeles immersion trip fall of my junior year. I randomly saw the degree listed on the flyer and started to research more.”

Why Chapman? I chose Chapman because of the film school. Dodge College of Film and Media Arts is a well recognized school in the industry so I knew I couldn’t pass up the opportunity when I got accepted into the program. Then after touring and speaking with the faculty I knew it was the right place for me as there are so many opportunities within Dodge like the internship connections and the mast classes they hold.”

What are you most excited about? I am most excited about being somewhere new! I love warm weather and the beach and Chapman is about a 15 minute drive away from the beach! I’m also super excited to explore downtown LA and just start a new chapter in my life!”

Why Indiana? I felt very at home when I visited campus. Everyone was super friendly, and the D1 sports, and school spirit definitely drew me in. I was also admitted into the honors college which was very exciting and helped me make my final decision.”

What are you most excited about? I’m very excited to meet everyone and go to football and basketball games. Rushing is also very popular at IU so I plan to get involved in this as well!”

Why Mount Holyoke? I visited and I felt happy there. I liked the campus and it was good for my major. With people who were excited to learn and small class sizes. Also it’s a women’s college, which offers its own unique experiences.”

What are you most excited about? I’m excited to meet new people with similar interests and values and to go out of state. I’ve never lived outside of Illinois, so I’m excited to live somewhere else.”
