LAKE FOREST, IL. – Over break, Girls’ Varsity Basketball head coach Kyle Wilhelm had his name forever ingrained in Lake Forest history. Prior to Saturday’s contest against the Hersey Huskies, Wilhelm was recognized for his unparalleled success and becoming the program’s new recorder holder for most all-time career wins. The record was broken after an astounding 61-33 win over a highly-touted Warren team in the Blue Devil Classic tournament on December 22nd. Surpassing the record previously held at 103 games, Wilhelm currently sits at a total of 109 wins and is most certainly far from done.
