The game began with a field goal from senior LB Tim Dan putting the Scouts ahead early on. Junior Safety Aedan Cassidy added a first quarter interception. Cassidy is a returning Varsity player who’s tall frame serves an advantage for the Scouts defensive back unit.

In the third quarter, sophomore WR Jack Burger led the offense with an 83-yard touchdown, followed by a 22-yard touchdown from junior Tight End Luke Pasquesi. Senior CB Joey Schnack ended the quarter with multiple tackles and an interception. Schnack then wrapped up the game with his second interception of the night, coming within the final minutes.

“I’m most proud of how well we played as a team and how relentless we were [against Carmel],” said Cassidy. “Warren is a good team, but they’re beatable if we repeat what we did last week.”
