(Former front entrance to West Campus) Many students know little more about Lake Forest High School’s West Campus than that it is the high school’s “athletic campus.” However, West Campus has a long history, from when it was first created to its current status as a campus devoted to athletics and administration. As the high school considers renovating East Campus, the story of what went wrong with West Campus is an important cautionary tale.
