Sneak of the Week #23: Honor Pickus

This week’s Sneak of the Week features senior Honor Pickus’ sneaker. Honor is wearing the GCDS logo sneaker in red. The sneaker presents a sporty flair to the shoe, but also represents a classy look. GCDS brand, was founded in 2015 by brothers Giuliano, the creative director, and Giordano Calza, the CEO. The Italian streetwear brand known for their ironic graphics, catchy slogans, and famous collaborations with influencers from around the world.

Celebrities like Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid, and Lil’ Yachty have worn and influenced the popularity of the brand. They are based in Milan, Italy, where their shoes and accessories are produced and their clothing is manufactured. The brand opened their first store in Milan in December of 2016. Today, GCDS is retailed in more than 350 stores worldwide.
