On Wednesday, February 5th, eight LFHS students participated in National Signing Day to continue their journeys of athletic excellence at the collegiate level. These students were signing commitment letters and letters of intent, and were celebrated by friends, family, teachers, and their coaches for their athletic and academic accomplishments.
Finn Goodman, a two-year member of the varsity football team, is choosing to pursue his athletic career at the University of Dayton. Finn earned himself an All-Conference award during his senior season.

Cassidy Gorham, a very important member of the track and field team, is choosing to pursue her athletic career at Gettysburg College. Cassidy was All-Conference for track during her junior year, and hopes to achieve that accolade again in the upcoming season.

Nicholas Nassar, a two-year member of the varsity football team and the track and field team, is choosing to pursue his athletic career at Villanova University. Nicholas went down to State his junior year for discus and will be a captain during his senior season.

Alex Turlap, an important member of the Scouts’ wrestling team and a two-year member of the varsity football team, is choosing to attend Loras College to pursue his athletic career. Alex was an offensive lineman during his time at Lake Forest and hopes to continue the position in his collegiate career.

Lulu Keil, captain of the varsity field hockey team, is choosing to pursue her athletic career playing field hockey at Denison University. Lulu was a captain of the State runner-up field hockey team during her senior season.

Boden Rupprecht, a three-year member of the varsity soccer team, is choosing to continue his athletic career playing soccer at Trinity College. Boden was a captain his senior year and led the team to a Conference Championship.

Tyler Bernstein, a three-year member of the varsity soccer team and an important member of the track and field team, is continuing his athletic career at the University of Rochester for track and field. Tyler was part of the 4×400 team during his junior year and earned first place in the conference tournament.

Danny Van Camp, a four-year member of the varsity lacrosse team and a three-year member of the varsity football team, is continuing his athletic and academic career at Yale University for lacrosse. Danny will be the captain of the lacrosse team during his senior season.
