Boys Varsity Basketball beats Lake Zurich, set to play Warren Tuesday night

The Scout’s Boys Varsity basketball team took on the Bears of Lake Zurich Friday, coming out on top 58-49.

Junior Tommie Aberle led the team with 15 points, while Senior Anthony Mordini followed up with another 10. Senior Jocum Schabacker added 7 boards.

The Scouts are 7-8 (2-2 in conference). They play the Warren Blue Devils (7-8) (2-2 Conf.) in the Competition Gym for Teacher Appreciation Night at 7 p.m. tonight.
