Talent Show Auditions Open Now

Anna Pierson, Editor-in-Chief

Calling all aspiring comedians, musicians, dancers, and everything in between!

Get ready to showcase your talent in the APT-sponsored 60th Annual Talent Show. Auditions are open now.

After last year’s modified show with no live audience members, this year, it is back in full swing. As of now, the committee is planning to have a live audience. This is subject to changing COVID-19 protocols.

Juniors Saige Joseph and Connor Boyle are gearing up to take the stage as Emcees and are excited for what’s in store.

“I’m excited for Talent Show because this is my first time involved, and I’m really hoping that we can bring it back in person with a show that everyone can have fun with,” Joseph said.

Learn more about Joseph and Boyle from their Emcee Intro video they created.

How to audition

Instead of in-person auditions, video submissions will be collected via a Google Form.

In the Audition Form, along with a video of your act, you must provide information about your Act Captain (who is responsible for communicating all Talent Show information back to the members of your group), and a name, type, and brief description of your act.

The maximum number of acts a single student can participate in is three.

The deadline for auditions is January 29th.

The official show dates are Feb. 24-26 at 7 p.m.
