Mimi Gordon

Each year, junior Mimi Gordon travels to Jamaica, not just for the sun, but to volunteer her time.

“She is totally involved with the trips and stays in contact with the kids down in Jamaica that she has met,” said junior Jaqueline Rubin.  “She’s totally selfless and thinks about others in almost every situation.”

Hardworking, athletic, kind-hearted, Mimi is the epitome of a well-rounded Scout. The three sport athlete is involved in field hockey, ice hockey, and soccer.

Gordon especially shines on the Varsity Girls Field Hockey team.

“Mimi is one of the most talented athletes I’ve ever played with,” says senior Sophie Gambit. “She has such a contagious, competitive side.”

Not only is Gordon a great athlete, but she is an even better friend.

“She is kind to everyone and always looks out for her friends, which is something that means a lot to me,” junior Abby Hanlon said. ““She is one of the most down to earth people I know.”

“Despite all these amazing accomplishments to set her apart, she never brags and always stays humble,” Rubin said.
