The Scout Shout-Out is an opportunity for Scouts of all types to honor each other when we demonstrate the values that are most important to us. What happened?

Jicora has saved me and other teachers!  I’ve emailed them several times a day everyday and they always respond within minutes.  I simply could not do this remote learning thing without them. We are so lucky to have them!

The EdTech Studio has been incredibly helpful while we all try to figure out our new normal!

What happened?

Our Buildings and Grounds and Safety and Security Departments are our first responders. They are currently keeping our facilities running, securing our facilities, and assisting in many other important ways.

Gemma Colunga, the teaching assistant for Strategic Reading, has been a great addition to our classroom community.  She cares for every student and works hard to help all students grow and succeed. She’s a lot of fun and will suggest a great book for you to read!

What happened?

Koen Brown has been a great scholar and a beacon of hope in these ever changing times. He is a great partner for school work whether it’s in person or for eLearning. Always willing to put fourth his best effort for the benefit of the group and give everyone a polite smile that can brighten even the darkest of days. Not to mention his great personality, sense of humor, and blatant kindness.

What happened?

She is working so hard to make the mock trial happen for our class even thought the chance of it happening in school together is highly unlikely. She is absolutely amazing! She schedules so much time out of her day to connect with students. She just overall is such a loving person and teacher.

Macartan Summerville

What happened?

Macartan loves his classmates and is always fun to be around. He is also hyper intelligent and isn’t afraid to spread his immense knowledge on many topics. He also has a great speaking voice and is very strong.  In our strength and conditioning class, he is always willing to help spot people and is a premier user of the “front-spot” method.
