Good deeds, kind behavior, and important accomplishments deserve to be recognized. The Scout Shout-Out is an opportunity for Scouts of all types to honor each other when we demonstrate the values that are most important to us. Where did the good deed or accomplishment occur: Classroom
What happened: Matt is a fantastic TA/lab tech. He comes every day and is always willing to help any student in need. Thanks, Matt!

Joshua Lane
Where did the good deed or accomplishment occur: Community
What happened: Joshua was willing to give some of his free time to help younger students improve their grammar, understand the rules of punctuation, and to decipher patterns present in their writing. These sophomores (as was I) were incredibly grateful for his time, expertise and service to LFHS. Way to serve Joshua!

Phil Woodruff
Where did the good deed or accomplishment occur: Classroom, Hallways
What happened: Mr. Woodruff comports himself in a professional manner at all times…with students, staff, and administration. His positive and calm demeanor make all feel welcomed and supported. He is a true asset not just to our World Language department, but the entire school community.

Mr. Jim Mergl
Where did the good deed or accomplishment occur: Classroom
What happened: The Math Resource Center can be a crazy place, But Mr. Mergl welcomes all and does it with a positive attitude. Additionally, he makes students feel safe if/when they may not understand something. We are lucky to have him.

Mr. Joe Pulio
Where did the good deed or accomplishment occur: Classroom, Hallways
What happened: Mr. Pulio works tirelessly for all of his students in the Business Education and Theater programs. His commitment to give 110% effort towards helping his students learn is amazing.

What happened: We are so thankful to have Mike on our team. He has been such a great team player and is awesome working with kids!

What happened: Kerrigan is such a friendly face in the hallways. Her smile lights up the room! Thanks for always saying hi!

What happened: Liz brings a smile and awesome energy to class that everyone in 263 loves.

What happened: Alyssa worked hours on collecting data and information for a foundation grant- we could not have earned a grant without you. Thank you so much!

Where did the good deed or accomplishment occur: Classroom
What happened: When we had a substitute teacher in our PCA math class, Joe was really helpful towards his classmates. He is always willing to help in class. He is very respectful towards both his teachers and his classmates, and does everything he can to get the class back on track. Keep doing what you’re doing!

Where did the good deed or accomplishment occur: 2nd floor of the library
What happened: Mr. Hain is alleviating a lot of stress for students with his SUPER AWESOME help and support on the US History paper!!

Where did the good deed or accomplishment occur: Everywhere!
What happened: These four underclassmen rocked it in the school play, Love/Sick, and blew away many people with their great talents! On top of that, they have been amazing friends not just to me but to everyone around the school.
Personal Message: Thank you all for being such amazing people. The effort and hard work you put into theatre and everything you do is astonishing. The school would not be the same without you. Please keep being you!
