1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen berries
1 cup milk (almond milk works best, but any works!)
1 cup spinach (optional; if you’re into that stuff)
1 tablespoon of Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
1 tablespoon of chia seeds (optional; for more nutrients)
Blend well, pour into a bowl, then to make it even yummier, you can top it with any or all of the following:
Granola (any works, but Purely Elizabeth is the best)
Berries
Fresh banana slices
Coconut flakes
Chia seeds
Nuts
Almond Butter or PB
Honey
