In Ella White’s column, FASHION WEEK, she finds LFHS fashionistas and follows them through their school week and reports their outfits.

If you ever see Nina Richardson in the hallway, you will see her strutting comfy and trendy looks that are sure to catch your eye. Below you will see what she wore for the week and her mindset for each outfit.

Monday …

To start off the week, Nina Richardson is wearing a cream Free People v-neck ripped sweater with dark denim jeans from Free People as well. Instead of wearing the sweater up on her shoulders she decided to switch things up and wear it off her shoulders. Nina also added a gold horn necklace on her neck from Forever 21 so her chest wouldn’t be so bare and plain. For bottoms she wears dark washed denim jeans from Free People. Finally for shoes she throws on white Nike sneakers. I asked Nina what her mindset was for picking out her outfit and she said, “ I just liked how it looked and it’s comfy.”

Tuesday …

Nina paired her white Nike sneakers with a navy blue ruffled t-shirt dress from Urban Outfitters. When I asked Nina how she went about picking this outfit she said, “I wanted to wear something simple and comfortable and I saw this dress in my closet and went for it.”

Wednesday …

Nina is wearing a black v-neck long sleeve shirt from Urban Outfitters. She also added the horn necklace from Forever 21 for a pop of something on her neck. She pairs the black shirt with a pair of light washed jeans from Zara. As for shoes, she is wearing white Nike sneakers. I asked Nina what her mindset was for picking out this outfit and she said, “ I just thought it would be cute.”

Thursday …

Nina went for a comfy athletic look today. She is wearing a blue speckled Lululemon long sleeved shirt and also black fit and flare athletic pants from Lululemon as well. To finish off the athletic look she wears white Nike sneakers. I asked Nina what her mindset was for this outfit and she said, “ I woke up and I was really tired and didn’t feel like picking anything out really and I wanted to comfortable so I just went with this.”

Friday …

Nina throws on a super cute outfit to finish this week off! She is wearing a wool v-neck sweater from Aritzia with white ripped jeans from Free People. For shoes, she goes with white Nike sneakers to keep with the white and grey palette of the outfit. Finally, she adds a circle choker necklace from Forever 21 for some bling. When asked regarding her mindset for this outfit, Nina said, “ It was pretty cold this morning so I definitely wanted to wear a sweater and I liked how this one looked. After I picked out the sweater I thought white jeans would be the perfect match.”
