Jack Doheny

Senior Jack Doheny is the best darn bread-baker and cow-cooker in town.

It’ll be 4 a.m. on a Sunday, and he’ll be up making lunch for the entirety of the football team. After making sure that his comrades are all fed, he’ll still act nonchalant, as if he didn’t just prepare a whole buffet in the middle of the night.

“Jack Doheny is not only an incredible friend, but he’s also an amazing chef. He used to bring in really good cinnamon rolls to our wrestling practices,” said senior Dakota Fitzgerald. “His cooking never fails to impress me.”

In fact, Doheny is such a good cook, and an avid one at that, that in the past some of his coaches, whether it be wrestling or football, have gotten mad at him for bringing so much food. But it seems no matter what, he’s willing to spend the night whipping something up, just so his friends can go through practice with a full stomach.

SeniorWill Rolander describes Doheny as, “an extremely hard-working student-athlete. With a great personality.”

He also mentions Doheny’s cooking. “Every night. Every single night he is in the kitchen making something. Whether it be for his team or his friends, he’s always making something.”

A true testament to his dedication to cooking and his friends.
