Although the recent transition to in-person school after months of online school may have been jarring to some, sociable senior Juliana Finley seems to be unphased.

“Juliana is such a trustworthy and dependable friend,” said senior Robin Kokke. “She always makes an effort to put herself into other people’s shoes and is very easy to rely on!”

This phenomenal friendliness that Finley casts over those who cross her path is a common trait that people bring up when asked about her. As senior Kerrigan Weston said, “Juliana is the absolute best person to lean on. She is extremely dependable and being around her feels like a breath of fresh air.”

Set to attend Miami University next fall, Juliana’s mix of academic achievements and social amiability will continue to impress. “Her unique and easy going personality will do her well at Miami U!” Weston said.

Juliana has also been a committed teammate on the girl’s swim team. “Juliana is such a good teammate,” said senior Callie Birtman. “She was always one to include everyone, and you can tell that the younger girls really look up to her so much!”

Even though remaining social during a pandemic may prove more difficult for some, Juliana has still continued to enhance her friendships. “Juliana is such a light in my life,” senior Mia Springer said. “Whether it’s an uplifting FaceTime call or going for a drive, she is one of a kind friend!”

Overall, it is clear that Juliana is always going above and beyond to make her friends feel special. As senior Susa Carlson said, “Talking and laughing with Juliana, even for a minute, will always brighten my day.”
