Mr. Busse
From the second Mr. Busse steps foot on the grounds of LFHS, he’s ready and excited to teach.
In the hallways, he is smiling and greeting students and staff. He comes to school everyday with energy and enthusiasm. For students, he is the definition of someone who truly loves his job.
Mr. Busse, who teaches Wellness For Life, is the perfect fit for freshmen. His warm personality helps them get acclimated to their new school.
“He creates such a fun environment for every class he teaches, and I’ve enjoyed every moment of every class I’ve been in and also been a TA for,” teacher assistant Grace Kellerman said.
Mr. Busse is the sophomore head football coach and the varsity linebacker coach. Anytime he isn’t at school, you better believe he’s at West Campus coaching the sport he loves. Every single year on the first day of school he tells his students that“football is simply the greatest sport ever.”
“He’s a great coach and an even better person on and off the field. His love for the game is indescribable,” senior varsity football player Alex Pasinato said.
“Coach Busse is always there to brighten your day. There’s never a moment when there is not a smile on his face. He teaches all of his students and players with passion,” senior varsity football player Richie Hoskins said.
