Abby Lundergan

Senior Abby Lundergan is an amazing equestrian and an even better friend.

If she’s not riding her horse, Elle Woods, and showing in competitions around the country, you can likely find her laughing and having a good time with her many friends.

“Abby is quite possibly the best best friend anyone could ask for. She’s so much fun to be around, and she makes anything and everything exciting. I feel so lucky to hang out with her on a daily basis,” said senior Max Scholz.

Abby puts in all that effort and practice because when she has a perfect round at a competition she feels super proud of herself and her horse.

She was recently accepted to the University of Kentucky and will most likely be on their equestrian team, which would be a huge achievement. Along with her academic and athletic achievements, she manages to lead a thriving social life and has many close friends from all over the midwest.

“She is one of my best friends. I know I can go to her about anything because she will give me her honest opinion,” senior Grace Tirzmalis said. “She is so caring and just a genuinely good person that I am lucky to call my friend. I’m so excited that she is able to continue riding in college and can’t wait to see where she goes. She’s gonna do great things!”
