In Honor of Blueberry Popsicles

In+Honor+of+Blueberry+Popsicles

September 2nd is National Blueberry Popsicle Day.

Today’s the day, ladies and gentlemen, and you (probably didn’t, until you read the title) know what that means! Frozen-treat enthusiasts and blueberry-lovers alike gather across the nation to commemorate the nationally recognized Blueberry Popsicle Day!

What better occasion, what greater excuse, is there than today to drive yourself to the nearest grocery store to purchase a box of blueberry-flavored popsicles? (Hint: the correct answer is “none!”)

Whether you decide to celebrate September 2nd with a store-bought blueberry treat or your own homemade rendition, take a look at some of our favorite recipes! Few things better complement frozen blueberry ice pops than coconut, lime, or vanilla yogurt.

Dig out your best popsicle-molds and sticks, and get celebrating!
