The Forest Scout Guide to Fashion Month

The+Forest+Scout+Guide+to+Fashion+Month

It’s that time of the year again–fashion month–and the first city up is New York. Fashion Weeks are a designated time for designers both big and small from each of the four big fashion cities, New York, London, Milan, and Paris, to have fashion shows. New York Fashion Week is the most well known of the four weeks in fashion month as fashionistas all around will be tuning in to see the shows. For us high schoolers, it can be a little difficult to pick up and go to New York City for eight days, but there is still a way to catch the shows of all of your favorite designers!

It’s important to remember that the fashion shows for this fall’s styles were this past January. The fashion shows starting this week are “SS18” or, designed for the Spring/Summer seasons of 2018. All of the shows this fashion month consist of looks and trends for the upcoming spring and summer. H ere is a guide to some of the best shows every day.

It’s also important to remember that there aren’t name brand shows everyday; some days you may not recognize any of the brands, but that doesn’t mean it won’t be a good fashion show.
