Four Lake Forest High School football players, seniors Chris Cavalaris and John Deering, junior Ryan Cekay, and sophomore Rylie Mills were elevated to the Daily North Shore‘s All-Area football team by writer Kevin Reiterman. Lake Forest is the only North Suburban Conference team covered by the newspaper, but Loyola, Highland Park, Glenbrook North, Glenbrook South, and New Trier, are in the newspaper’s coverage area.
In addition to the four first-team honorees, Jack Mislinski, Andrew Grabemann, and Spencer Yauch received second-team honors while Chase Bahr, Alex Moss, Bryan Ooms, Jacob Thomas, Eddie Scheidler, Will Wisniewski, and Patrick Yale were elevated to honorable mention.
