The 2017 Lake Forest High School yearbook, Illuminating Change, has been released and is available for pick-up. Students can now pick up their copies if they were pre-ordered in the library on the first floor. Complete with a glow in the dark cover, the 2017 yearbook chronicles the year’s most resounding events–like the 2016 World Series and 2016 United States Presidential Election–as well as traditional high school events like Prom, Homecoming, and Turnabout.
Aside from individual class pictures, this year’s edition features supplements on creative and social involvement, community service, academic and scholarly extracurriculars leadership and advocacy programs, as well as features on the Lake Forest athletic teams from the fall, winter, and spring seasons.
To commemorate the senior class, each senior’s photographed is accompanied by a chosen senior quote and a list of their involvement within the school. Also, on page 40-49 the Senior Superlatives for the class of 2017 are mentioned and accompanied by themed photographs. Starting on page 218, the commemoratives section features individual notes from the graduating seniors’ families, revealing the great pride that they have in their graduating son or daughter.
Be sure to pick up your copy of the 2017 Lake Forest High School yearbook produced with great pride by the following LFHS students: Lizzie Meulbroek, Elizabeth Kelley, Francesca Mancini, Isabella Mancini, Hailey Swisher, Gabrielle Smith, Ben Reinkemeyer, Renee Huang, Fiona Parsons, and Grace Foster.
Congratulations to the 2017 staff of the Forest Trails yearbook on a job well done.
